Located within the iconic JW Marriott Chicago, Henrietta Chicago brings a fresh Tuscan-inspired dining concept to one of the city’s premier luxury hotels. Rooted in the idea of Tuscan Roots, European Soul, the restaurant blends refined Italian flavors with a warm, approachable hospitality experience for both hotel guests and local diners.

Our team led the full Food & Beverage (F&B) concept development and operational launch of Henrietta, transforming the hotel’s restaurant program into a vibrant dining destination. This included menu development across multiple dayparts, operational strategy, service design, and the activation of private dining and event programming.

Henrietta now operates as a full-service restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner, alongside an expanding bar and private dining program designed to drive both guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
